VISITOR PASS: For the safety of our guests, all visitors must register at the office and pay a day use fee to enter the park and use the facilities. All visitors must display a valid camp pass.

SPEED LIMIT: 5-1/2 MILES PER HOUR — LET’S KEEP EVERYONE SAFE. We have a number of young children in the park and their safety is a priority!

QUIET HOURS: 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be considerate of other guests. Noise has no boundaries! Children under 18 years of age need to be under adult supervision and at their own site/room during quiet hours. Please do not trespass on other campers’ sites. Foul, loud behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone creating a disturbance may be asked to leave the park without refunds of any kind.

COMFORT STATION: Cleaning time 10AM to Noon. Please do not use the sinks in the comfort stations to wash clothes or dishes.

FIREWORKS are not permitted in the park.

FIRES are permitted in designated areas but must be approved after checking burn bans. Please let your coals burn down before disposing of them. Thank you for your help and cooperation.

ALCOHOL: In accordance with Texas State Law, alcohol consumption is to be limited to your own site/room.

FIREARMS, ARCHERY EQUIPMENT, BB GUNS, etc. must be kept stored away at all times and should not be shot off in the park.

WASHING OF TRAILERS IS PROHIBITED.

DUMPING of gray water, sink water and black water onto the ground is prohibited. Sewer collars are required at RV sites. Please replace cap when leaving.

WE LOVE DOGS and so does Yogi, but dogs are noy allowed in buildings, rental units, cabins, etc. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Dogs must be on a leash when out in the park. Please don’t leave them unattended, especially in our hot Texas sun. Oh yeah — don’t forget to scoop the poop!

POOL SAFETY: WE HAVE NO LIFEGUARD, SO SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Hours of operation depend on the season. Our indoor pool has a heated spa with no jets. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed in the spa, as the heat can adversely affect their hearts. Children under 13 years need to be accompanied by an adult. To keep our pools open and clean, we do not allow any smoking, food, drink or pets in the pool areas.

Remember, CAMPING IS AN OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE, and we are not responsible for the weather. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for early departure or inclement weather. The guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping and all activities while on the property.
