Formerly known as the Maricopa Ranch Resort, we are now under new ownership and have upgraded to Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Hill Country. We have made many
improvements to our wonderfully oak-shaded property sandwiched between the Guadalupe River (just 1/2 mile away) and Canyon Lake (just 3 miles away). These improvements include handicap access to our air-conditioned comfort station and a new laundry room for your temporary home away from home. We have enlarged our country store with lots of fun merchandise, gifts and souvenirsand some necessities such as ice, camping items, and some grocery items to keep you from running intotown. With pedal carts to rent and hiking trails to be explored, both children and grownups alike aresure to be entertained.
Our Lodges come with kitchenettes, cable TV and linens and the full hook-up RV sites come sunny or shady. With grills and pic-a-nic tables scattered throughout the park, tent campers have a multitude of areas to choose from. There is also a rally area for large RV Clubs close to one of our two meeting rooms or our pavilion. While staying with us enjoy some of our many amenities and recreational
activities: Seasonal outdoor pool, heated indoor pool and spa, Arcade and game room, basketball, sand volleyball, horseshoes, washers and a playground for the children. Our Yogi activities vary (depending on the crowd) from Hey-Hey Rides with Yogi Bear, crafts, pancake breakfasts to potluck. Check our board for posted events or give us a call.
Save money with our RV storage. Many of our guests choose to take advantage of this service to savemoney on fuel or to have the flexibility of bringing water toys such as a boat or Jet Ski. An added bonus is our rig moving service. Have your rig waiting for you at a site and let us put it back up when you depart ($20 each way). Since Propane and camping go hand in hand we have added a filling station for those B-B-Q and RV tanks. With
competitive pricing this convenience cannot be beat!

Canyon Lake was built in 1960 between Austin and San Antonio toserve as a flood control reservoir. In addition to flood control, the dam and the lake have been a haven for boaters, water skiers, campers and picnickers. The controlled flow from the dam has made the Guadalupe River a favorite spot for locals and tourists for tubing, kayaking, fishing and canoeing. There are an estimated 1.1 million visitors each year, many of these returning to become permanent residents.
